Care Ministry

The care ministry is responsible for finding people to take meals to the bedridden or grieving.  The care ministry consists of Diane Cunfer and Kecia Wolfe, with our staff contact as Ben Dickerson.

We start by finding out if the person is involved in a small group or a Sunday School class, and we ask the folks in there to organize and provide the meals.  If we don't have success with that, we send a blanket email to the church, asking for volunteers.  Occasionally, we end up having to call people specifically asking for help.  The cooking co-op has helped us out on occasion.

The care ministry does not have a written process, as the needs are often so varied.
