Good Stewards

Please remember that it takes valuable resources and additional money to keep lights on, water running, and heat pumping in our building. If you are using the facility for an event, please be mindful of the room temperature settings, the lights that need not be on, and the use of water and other resources. Let's be good stewards of the facility God has blessed us with!!

Lost and Found

Our building is being used by many people, including outside groups from our community (Scouts, athletic teams, etc.).

We've been accumulating things -- mostly clothing. If you lose something of real value (rings, watches, etc.) check with the church office.

Clothing will be hung on the rack in the lobby outside the kitchen/fellowship hall for four weeks and then disposed of (given to Goodwill, etc.). Other items will be in the "Lost & Found" box on top of the coat rack.

There are currently several nice jackets, sweaters, etc., there. Please check to see if any of them are yours, and if so, take them home.

Restroom: Please be aware that the restroom between the foyer and the gym is a family restroom for use by anyone, and it is equipped with a lock.

Procedure for building keys:  Only church staff and recurring event hosts carry a key.  For special events, you must check out a key from the office with a refundable deposit of $20.  All keys are property of the church and are expected to be returned within 24 hours of the event for which you need the key.  If you feel you need to carry a key, please contact the church office.  Everyone is encouraged to limit the amount of keys on loan by being willing to "borrow" a key from the office as needed.  If we all cooperate with this procedure, our building will be more secure and will be a safer place for us all.
